5. Third-Party Platform Integrations

Our services involve integration with third-party advertising and marketing platforms. When you authorize us to access your accounts on platforms including but not limited to TikTok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, AXS, GoHighLevel, and Square:

  • We access only the data and permissions necessary to perform the contracted services
  • Access tokens and credentials are stored securely and transmitted only via encrypted connections
  • You retain full ownership of your advertising accounts, pixels, and historical data at all times
  • You may revoke our access at any time through the respective platform’s settings

Each third-party platform has its own privacy policy governing how it collects and uses data. We encourage you to review those policies independently.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit via TLS/SSL
  • Secure, server-side storage of API tokens and credentials

Client campaign data and advertising account access are retained for the duration of the client engagement. Upon termination of services, access tokens are revoked and client data is removed from our systems within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
